WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. The team will give you a call when they are on their way
2. We will unload in the driveway, and park on the low far right side (if you would like, we can park on the side street)
3. Area rugs (small) will be shaken and set aside while we clean floors
4. We clean with our shoes on. If you would like us to remove our shoes, please let us know!
5. Once service is complete, we will email your invoice and ask that you mail in a check

6. If you would like to tip, please include that extra amount to your check, we will allot the full amount to the ladies assigned to your home
