3. What is the difference between a basic clean and a deep clean?
The basic package includes the following areas and items:
- Kitchen
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Living Areas: hallways, dens, family rooms, basement & office
**That includes: dusting all accessible surfaces (eye level, low dusting), wipe down all mirrors & glass fixtures, vacuum/ sweep/ mop all floors, clean all toilets, showers, tubs & sinks, counters & exterior of appliances.
Deep clean is more customized and can be specific to your needs and home. That includes items such as: baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
4. How do I schedule a cleaning?
Once you submit your request and preferred time. A SHAN Cleaning representative will call or email you to schedule a time.

Pricing is based on the size of your space, the tasks and amount of time required to complete the work with satisfaction! You can tell us more about your needs when you request our services.
6. Am I locked into a cleaning schedule?
Not at all—you can adjust your cleaning schedule at any time. We just ask for 24 hour notice of cancellation.
